Lightweight, easy to store but not too sturdy
It's very easy to store, and doesn't take up a whole lot of space if left out. Not bulky which is great, but it will slide around if not on a non-slip surface so becareful. Works well for a book or just sheets of paper. I use mine to put instructions from our meal delivery service on. I was going to return this when I received it but for 5 bucks it's pretty darn useful.

Not good quality
While it is lightweight it is cheaply made. Tried to extend it to see full length and the whole thing fell apart. I was able to put back together though. Not really that sturdy for textbooks

works great
I keep all my favorite recipes in a binder, and this stand works perfectly. I like that it is adjustable, so if I don't have enough room on the counter to spread it out, I can adjust the stand to fit in any area that I have available to use. It works best with larger or hardcover books, not for small books, softcover books. I also like that it folds flat so I can tuck it away in a drawer when not in use. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this product.

Works, but beware: not the same color as pictured.
I've had the same bookstand for a few years (looks just like this) and it served me well. I bought this to replace it because I can't find it.But this is not the same color as pictured so beware.

Compact and sturdy enough for large books.
Very compact stand. I didn't expect it to just be wires, but it does everything it was purported to do. I like the fact that it folds up and stows away into a very compact package. It has held open a very big soft cover cookbook.

Perfect Bookstand!
This is EXACTLY what I had been looking for, and it works GREAT! It is small, lightweight, yet holds my hardcover or paperback books perfectly. Folds flat, to about the size of a hardcover book. WIll be great for traveling too. After looking at so many other "bookstands", as soon as I saw this one, I knew it was the one. And a bonus, it was very reasonably priced. Very happy with my purchase!
