don't buy these if you need pathway light. they are more of a marker light than one that illuminates a path or object. They are well made but I don't know if they will last long in the Arizona sun. The top plastic crazes and the battery's become weak after 2 years. still looking for a more robust unit.

We purchased these lights 3 months ago. We liked them so well we went back and purchased 3 more sets (4 sets total).We live in Texas and this summer has been pretty harsh and these have held up excellently in heavy rain and hot humid temperatures.They are easy to set up, basically all you have to do is remove the protective film on the solar panel and switch the unit on. The posts for putting it in the ground slide together easily as well.100% of the lights functioned as expected when they arrived and continue to work now (3 months so far). We use ours inside outdoor lanterns (first photo), along our pool (second photo), and our patio (third photo).The lights charge quickly.In my opinion, these are beautiful accents for our yard and provide just enough light to light up our walkways, patios and pool decking. Everyone who sees the lights comment on how pretty the yard is now.

Easy install. Took 2 seconds to put together. Perfect amount of light for the edge of my driveway and garden. Great buy

I received my lights and was so excited to install them right away. When I began setting them up I noticed that the solar panels already had scratches and imperfections on them. I also had some trouble inserting the stakes into the holes on some of the lights because there was extra plastic on the prongs preventing the stake from going in easily. I don’t know if the product that I received is defective but it was frustrating because it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did for me to put together the lights. I finally installed them outside and was pleased with how they looked. They were bright and provided an ambiance that really added to the curb appeal of my home. They seemed to be great for the first two days but by the third day a few of the lights are really dim and they only stay lit for about three hours. They are placed in full sunlight so there shouldn’t be an issue with the charge. I am really disappointed with the quality of the product and wouldn’t recommend buying these lights.

Revised from 5 star: These don't last very long. Good for approx 2 years and then they are e-garbage (not recyclable and no way to replace the battery). Maybe if you put them away for the winter when the sun isn't out long enough to fully charge them. The top plastic over the solar sensor gets cloudy and yellow pretty fast. I might try again but leave the plastic film on as long as possible and turn them off for the winter .Original review: I don't know how long these are going to last but they were ready to go and charged when I received them. Install them late afternoon and they were bright all night. Good for the neighbor across the street too because the blue light doesn't interfere with his stargazing.

These lights are amazing. I was replacing the older version of metal light with battery which would not ever seem to last more than a season. I tried taking them in for the winter and replacing batteries and still most would not work or the wires would break in the housing. These lights seem sturdier so we will see how they hold up. They are a bright white and I think I would have preferred a softer yellow light, but I guess this will do. We have not had any sort of weather to see how they perform since it has been dry and warm out. I think they should be fine though since the casing seems better than the metal ones. The black casing looks nicer as well in my landscaping. Currently, I would recommend.
