I like my tea, a little strong so I throw in more packets. It’s not an alternative to go to the doctor and getting antibiotics, but it will definitely help you get along to get a better nights sleep and wake up feeling less sick.

Great tea for colds and sinus issues. The only tea that actually clears your sinuses in an instant. Works better than conventional nose sprays. I don't love the taste but it works so well that I drink it anyway, with a spoonful of honey.
