I love it so far. She fell asleep within 5 minutes of using it for the first time(See photo)! It smelled good enough for me to spray it on my own pillow as well. The chamomile adds a nice essence to the fragrance.

The absolute best!! This spray has become a staple for our bedtime routine. I spray it around the room, on my son’s pillow and blankets right before we start to read books and he’s usually out within 30 minutes. It’s helped a ton with him actually staying in his room all night as well. This will always be apart of our bedtime routine. I can also say it works for adults as well! My husband has trouble falling asleep as well, so I started spraying some on his pillow to test it out on him too- works like a charm. He is also out within 20-30 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. You will not be disappointed.

4stars cause not sure about the calming feature. But the smell is good not overbearing. Myself and 5yr old use it nightly
