This insole is how you fix that. These are great, at a fraction of the cost of a lot of orthotics. I took those sneakers out of the Goodwill bag and put these in them and now they feel just right. They support the metatarsal area and heel very well. I will be getting more of these!After a few weeks use: They do NOT disintegrate. I replaced all my insolels with these and am walking comfortably in every pair now. I'm still getting more before the price soars once the word is out on how good of a support they provide. 5, 6 stars! Big thumbs up.

Perfect for my cheap shoes
I buy inexpensive shoes on online and they need inserts. I got these today put them in a couple of different pair of shoes to see which one they fit the best and they fit all of them so these are my size 9 1/2 . This will make my cheap shoe shopping sprees much more healthier for my feet. Affordable comfortable and I bought another pair.Update It seems after wearing them that the arch Isn't in the right place if you switch the Insert to the opposite foot.You'll find you get more arch support on it Being on the other foot for that The rating for this has changed.I feel this has been cut improperly.try left on right cut top to fit shoes and you will get the arch support .
