I have been using this product for only 7 days and it is brilliant. I feel much more healthier, my skin is more radiant. I have always suffered with sleep, or should I say lack of sleep. Gosh .. I am tired and fast asleep every evening, early. Totally recommend this product, I already have to family and friends .. they feel the same after just 1/2 uses.

Not one inch, or one millimeter, Nothing. They definitely have done nothing for me. I bought 2 boxes. I gave the other 1 to a friend and nothing Not 1 bit of weight, fat nothing has come of either of us. Disappointed with this. This product is not worth a star rating but I had to put a q star to get this review submitted. Waste of money!!! Which I don't have to waste!!

I have used foot detoxing patches for some years.they do change from flexible and soft to brown and solid overnight but I am not sure if all that is toxins from my body. It would be interesting to get it analyzed.These belly button 'pills' come wrapped in paper which I unwrap and then pop it into my belly button. I then take one of the plasters and stick it over the area to hold the 'pill' in.It smells herby - a bit like the foot patches and indeed you can use these on your feet instead of belly button.It is quite a painful process taking the plaster off as it sticks really well and pulls at my skin and the tiny hairs on my belly.So far I haven't noticed any difference in my body or health but they say to use the whole 30 days supply - so I have a third still to go.I can't say I am convinced any benefit is happening

The mugwort patches helped reduce fatigue and also helped me fall back to sleep quicker when waking in the middle of the night (normal for me).If you are buying these because you saw online they help with weight loss they do not.But if you suffer from insomnia or chronic fatigue syndrome these might be useful.Not sure I've felt them detox anything, nor have I noticed having warmer hands or feet.

Easy easy to use, no unpleasant smell. Simply put a ball of the medicine into the naval then cover with the sticky pad on top.Tried it for a week and didn't really feel any difference except the itch/irritation caused by the sticky pad. So I don't think it works on me.

I have a belly button piercing and it didn't cause any problems for me using these pills. I popped it behind my belly button bar and that seemed to hold it in place, but I put the patch over the top as well.The patch held the pill in place overnight and it was easy and painless to remove it in the morning.Other reviews mention an awful smell, but I could hardly smell anything at all. I know I don't have the best sense of smell, but it does seem strange that I wouldn't have even bothered sniffing it if others hadn't said it smelt so awful. Either mine has lost their efficacy or there's something wrong with the ones others have received. Dunno, it seems strange, though. Hubby didn't notice a smell either and he's usually sensitive to smells.Anyway, as for the effects, I can't say as I've notice anything yet, but I did see some improvement in my performance on my morning workout, but it could be coincidence.I'm happy to continue using these pills and I'll update accordingly if I see any benefits.
