Would recommend this. Mine, nerve damage. Not sure whether due to heavy lifting (big box of files), intense typing speed (busy operation hours: morning to late afternoon), arthritis or maybe poor control. Really?? Am in that bad shape already 🤔?? I'm a diabetic so, prone to everything anyway (sigh). First day applied: swelling, bending and pain on my right shoulder seemed to be less within minutes. Daily regular stretches should improve it, hopefully. Thankfully, able to sleep well now (side way). This cream somewhat relieves pain, inflammation and good for blood circulation. Please note this is not the same as other Chinese/Malay warming balms or ointments (Tiger Balm, Gamat etc) 👉🏻 where its function is mainly to reduce cold wind trapped in the body, headaches, warming, bruises or normal swelling.

I have used many creams,gels and oils for my knee and ankle pain with some relief sometimes. But this is the best cream I have come across and it doesn't take time to put it on. I just use it on the affected part and it doesn't need rubbing or massaging. I came across it by chance on a magazine but it was very expensive. At Amazon it is reasonably priced and this is the only cream that has worked for me. I use first thing in the morning and just before going to bed and it has worked so far. If the pain comes at any other times I just put a little of the cream and it's gone within minutes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to give it a try.

I have arthritic knees and suffer with a lot of pain. I have used prescription creams but they are not as effective as this balm. As soon as it arrived I thought I would try it and I was amazed at how effective it was - the relief was immediate. The pain can be at its worst during the night so I keep it by the bed. Again, relief in a matter of minutes. I have told others, including my physio, how good this product is. I would highly recommend it and suggest you give it a try - pleasant smell and absorbed easily. I will certainly keep this in stock at all times. Thank you for a fantastic product.

I bought this product due to a lot of recommendations from a Facebook group I'm in. I have PsA (Psoriatic Arthritis) and my partner has Osteoarthritis. It definitely helps relieve the pains that we both have. I have to apply every few hours and my partner finds that once in the morning and once at night helps him. My main pain issue is in my right elbow which is currently very bent and painful and this is the area I apply it, while I'm awaiting an ultra-sound guided steroid injection. On another note my dad has been experiencing a lot of pain behind his ear due to having a skin cancer removed and I recommended he try it, within minutes the pain disappeared and he was so impressed I've ordered more of the cream for him. I would definitely say it's worth trying and and for all of us it has helped to varying degrees.

Myself and my husband both have osteoarthritis in various places but mainly our knees. We've both been using this as we had read so many people suggesting to try it. It's a very light cream non greasy nor over scented and not an unpleasant scent either. We both feel it does give a reasonable amount of relief. A little goes a long way so you don't need to use too much at a time. My husband has one knee bone on bone so sadly it doesn't help that knee.. Yes I would recommend this product not just for osteoarthritis but for any painful joint or muscle pain.

Cream is OK and we both find it useful but we have had two separate deliveries and in both one of the lids has been broken due to inadequate or poor package protection, fortunately we still had one from old jar. Complained about this last time but no response so not sure anyone from Amazon actually reads these. Warning to other users, don’t throw away the lids from your jars until you check your latest delivery.

Do not know exactly what is in the cream but its great okay its not a cure but the moment you put it on its like instant relief and I think it is great stuff thank you kind regards Maureen

Amazing stuff. This is Frankinsense, a gift to Jesus, given at His birth. I never understood why it was given, alongside Gold, which was the most valuable element available 2,000 years ago. I now believe it represents the healing ministry that most people associate Jesus with. I have given a jar of this to friends, and there have been remarkable results, mainly the relief of arthritic pain in joints, but other conditions as well. Will keep buying it, and I will keep giving it to people who hurt. I have confidence in it, because I have confidence in God. In case anyone reading this thinks it only works on "believers" (people with faith) rest assured, this is not the case! God is not exclusive - He really does work in mysterious ways.........

This product works amazing, sadly I cannot rate it higher because of the Parabens. I have been using it for 2-3 weeks and my breasts started hurting, I had more pain in there than normal. In rat studies this drug does affect the mamary glands. For me the pain was very unusual. For my back pain and neck pain, everything was wonderful. IF you don't care about Parabens this creme is anazing.
