The Ninja KT200 has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. Just like all my Ninja products. The precision temperature control is incredibly accurate — whether I’m making coffee, tea, or instant meals, I can heat water to the exact temperature I want without guessing. It’s a huge upgrade from basic kettles that only boil. The 1500‑watt power makes it heat up fast, and the stainless steel build feels solid and premium. The 7‑cup capacity is perfect for daily use, and I never feel like I’m constantly refilling it. I also appreciate that it’s BPA‑free, which gives me peace of mind when using it multiple times a day. I never thought 212°F could be achieved so quickly. I love this item no more of those old-fashioned kettles that whistle. I bought this product for myself and I love it. I use it every day sometimes several times a day it was money well spent and ninja is a great name. I have so many of their products and I will continue buying them because they are a great quality. The look of the item is nice and clean stainless steel it is so easy to keep clean and maintain and it’s taken a couple of dings, but not any marks left on it.

I did so much research looking for a kettle. I was looking for one that was metal but not hot to the touch. I must’ve gotten mixed up in my search, because this one is incredibly hot to the touch when in use. You might not think that’s a big deal, but I almost burned my thumb just from holding the handle the wrong way and resting my thumb on the kettle. And you definitely can’t hold the front of the kettle to steady your pour—not classy tea ceremony approved for sure. It heats up very fast. So far it works very good. I appreciate that it has multiple preset temperature settings, but it is annoying that they are presented as names of different drinks instead of the temperatures. I’m not really sure that the temperatures actually match the drinks either— some of them seem too hot for tea. You can manually adjust, thankfully. I like that the beep is not loud and that you can have it hold the temperature for 30 minutes. It’s great if you go to heat up the water but then get distracted, when you come back it’s just waiting for you. Overall, I like the features of this kettle. Even with my mistake regarding it being hot to the touch, I still like it enough to not bother returning it. Maybe if I did my research all over again I would find a better one, but it’s not worth it for me.

This is a review 3 months into owning this product. I loved the look of Ninja products and bought this as well as some other items. 3 months in, I can safely say the product is faulty by design and now does not register the correct temperature and has stopped boiling water. It will flash on the start stop button when activated, and then deactivate a few seconds after. To address, we have to fiddle with it, and rotate on the base until a better connection occurs, and then it boils. It's temperamental and suprising this would happen 3 months in. So I contacted customer service (registered with 1 year warranty), and they wanted to do a live video demonstration of the fault. Unfortunately, since I have one of those things called a job, I was unable to do this, and they wouldn't offer a replacement without this. They sent a link for me to post a video and email to them with the ticket number, and the autoreply stated I would hear from them in 1 day. One week has gone by and still no response. Have to call back and endure another 40 minute wait at an inconvenient time, but this is how customer service is provided by Shark Ninja. So sure, go ahead and purchase, but be prepared for some major frustration if you have to reach out. *** UPDATE - The product I bought in July 2023 was replaced in December 2023. I am fairly certain they replaced it with a refurbished product from a different market (likely Canada) as it had French writing on the box and was in non-original packaging. Fast forward to November 2025, the product has been replaced by another kettle brand as the same problem recurred, won't start, needs to be rotated to a single point that may or may not boil the water, and now out of warranty (thankful as I don't have to deal with SharkNinja ever again). Unfortunately customers have little way to get at these predators besides reviews. This is a design flaw so DO NOT BUY.

The kettle looks good and the reviews I read are great. However I bought this for my parents for Christmas, didn’t think of checking in the box…. Sadly it came with a US plug not UK. Technically this is not a proper review as it’s not able to be used! Rather disappointed, will be returning, but unable to replace this as currently unavailable. So for the plug issue I am giving only 2 stars!

Estéticamente me encantó. Discreta y sofisticada. Pero lo mejor es el control de temperatura y su rapidez. Necesitaba el control de temperaturas para el mate o café y es fabulosa. Se puede cambiar a Celsius apretando dos botones en simultáneo y además mantiene el la temperatura por 30 minutos (seleccionando este programa)

Padrisima me encanto, muy util se apaga sola. Le usamos muucho en casa. No huele a plastico quemado como otras. El acero inoxidable de excelente calidad. Es programable para el tipo de temperatura que deseas.

Es muy bonita, resistente, facil de usar, presionando el + y el de mantener temperatura durante 5 segundos se cambia la unidad de grados. Puedes calentar el agua o preparar el te directamente
