Try the black and silver pods instead
I've tried eight of these pods and they have all been very dissapointing. There's no rich foam that you should find on an espresso, no foam at all. The coffee is weak and tasteless, like warm brown water. I have the black and silver pods by Lavazza and they are very good indeed. I regret giving these purple ones a try.

Rich and strong espresso taste
Very good coffee with a rich and intense flavour. Strong enough for espresso lovers but still smooth and balanced. The aroma is great and the capsules work perfectly with my machine. One of the best Lavazza blends I’ve tried so far.

My favorite Capsule Pods
Great favour (personal preference) Good value. Only occasionally Coles/Woolie will have this on special like $10 for 30 pods. Works with my machine well. Not like some third-party pods in the past would affect water flow and make some noise.
