Im ashamed I didn't try this sooner and had it in my cart waiting as a last resort when it should have been a first. This shampoo is incredible for my hair and my water! The low porosity one feels nice too, but after a day my ends are straw so I know it's not doing the trick. I know genetically I have high porosity. Oils like jojoba are incredible on my hair. This shampoo went in like most others, add a little water for lather, and rinsed out feeling moisturized and refreshed. My scalp didn't itch, mind you ive had major scalp issues during this pregnancy. It simply feels... GOOD! THE HAIR, omg the hair felt moisturized, not stripped. I have 3 shampoos ever in the last 4 years that made my hair feel alive and not stripped. Dozens and i mean at least a hundred shampoos i tried since moving to this awful city water. Everything is just so stripping on my delicate 2c hair. I have combo fine/medium, wavy hair, thick head of it. It is simply genetically delicate combo of my two parents. I pray to the heavens that shea moisture keeps this formula and never goes back on it. It WORKS! Even with the chlorine in the city water, this shampoo made it past that!!! Holy grail, never going back. If it ever gets discontinued idk what I'd do.

Serves its purpose. Not to be used daily, but monthly to help seal ends.

I am giving it 4 Stars because I have not used the shampoo for three months. I would like to give myself three full months to give a more honest review. However. this last month of using this shampoo I can say it has definitely helped my hair. I have very dry and frizzy hair. This shampoo helps smooth it out, gives it a bit of shine, and really cleans my scalp. My hair always feels more moisturized after and it smells great!!

I love the way my hair feels after using this product.
