I love these noodles they are so easy to prepare and are ready in two minutes. My favourite is the chilli beef noodles. The curry ones are a bit too spicy for me. The spaghetti bolognais are nice too as are the chicken ones. I would highly recommend for weight lose as they are satisfying and leave you feeling as if you have had enough to eat. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

For 200 calorie meal replacements, these are absolutely delicious. Much nicer alternative to the soups & shakes if you have a savoury tooth.

Bought this variety pack of 7 for £11.65. 2x Beef Chilli Noodles; 3x Chicken Curry Noodles and 2x Chicken and Veg Noodles. I wasn't particularly after a weight loss meal, just something tasty, easy to prepare, and healthy. I realised that the portions would be tiny when I received them, so prepared the 3 x chicken curry noodles as one meal. Thus the volume was satisfactory but the flavour was disappointing as the curry was too strong to be tasty. Realising that the chicken and veg noodles would be bland, and being very hungry I combined the 2 with the 2 beef chili noodles. Therefore the quantity was sufficient but again the flavour was lacking in naturalness.

Didn't look or taste nice, and horribly salty. I dontbthink these are healthy at all. Heart attack in a pack with the high salt content
