Are these suitable replacement wheels for an upright piano?

Hello Yes these wheels are more than capable to hold an upright piano. These wheels have a load capacity of 600Kg in total Best Regards Marc GBL Customer Representative

How do you attach these with bolts?! I need to attach them to the bottom of a chest of drawers. That requires screws doesn’t it?

The set I received were supplied with bolts but they could easily be replaced with screws. The hole through which you attach the castor is 12mm x 9mm so you’ll need a decent sized screw.

I am only able to fix three of the four holes because of the size of the material, will this suffice for a weight of about 200kg over four casters?

I have exactly the same arrangement in places on a very heavy work bench that measures 1.8 m x 1m. I guess with tools and materials on it, it is way over 200kg. They are working like a dream on three screws. They are screwed into 4x2 rough cut softwood, arrange in an L shape. I am afraid I can upend to get a picture due to its weight

What are the bolting centres please?

Unfortunately I have fabricated a trolley and is under a large unit which is covered
