Great on toast or just a spoon! At first I was reluctant to try this because cinnamon and peanut butter didn't seem like a great combination to me but I was pleasantly surprised how good it was.

I was sooo excited to order this. It tastes amazing. After I realized it was probably too good to be true I did my research on the product and read how they say the fat binds to the fiber so that it’s not digested (hence avoiding all calories of regular PB.) That is complete BS is my opinion. I track all of macros, and although nothing changed in my diet I gained about 2 lbs in a few weeks. Anyways - the risk is yours but if you do order this I suggest eating it sparingly.

I gave this a 2 week trial period because I love peanut butter and I really wanted it to work. I measure everything and have been able to manage my weight for the last 3 years by calorie counting. I was very precise and strict over the last two weeks and I gained 2 lbs. I definitely should have lost weight as I work out 5 to 6 days a week. It's not very scientific but, it's enough to convince me that the digestible calories is a farce. So sad....
