I live in an old 3 level apartment. We only have 1 doorbell. Yes only ONE. Here my story of my live. My toddler is a very sensitive sleeper , my neighbor is a "good host" who invites his friend over all the times and they ring the bell every time they come. Ok combine those two. So this is my life safer. I gift this to him and put his name on the receiver. Voila! And I am going to buy another one for myself and will disconnect the main belldoor.

This came in a little box (pic attached) without any instructions. One remote had the letter "G" written in black marker on the front. I let that slide since I really only planned to use one. I had to google to figure out how to set up the chime. I also did not get the screws that were supposed to be included. After all that, I think it worked twice and lasted less than 2 weeks.March 24 - I am amending my review. The seller contacted me, apologized and made it right. I received a replacement order with all the items that i should have originally received. It works perfectly.

Most of the 52 chimes were annoying and not something I'd want to hear on a regular basis, but the standard "ding dong" was pleasant and good enough! Extremely easy to set up. Just pull out the battery protector on the button side and stick it on your door frame. Plug the chime side into the wall where you can hear it. That's it. You can cycle through the different sounds using the top button.

Lasted as long as the warranty.
Died exactly one year after I purchased it, I only used it for 6 months. No manual, and not intuitive. I will order a different brand.

Great Value
Lots of ring tones. You can set different tones for each button. We two so we would know which door it was coming from.

Product will not last
Bought this unit with two remotes. Worked for about a month, then both remotes stopped working. Replaced batteries, still no good. Seller is not offering to replace or refund. Stay away from this seller.
