I’ve been complaining about waking with a headache and a sore neck for over a year. My granddaughter recommended the Marriott pillow to me and said she couldn’t sleep comfortably without hers. So, I finally ordered two and now my husband and I are sleeping soundly with no head and neck pain. He was happy with his down pillow but said the Marriott pillow was much more comfortable. It conforms to your head and neck without collapsing flat and supports your head and neck. It keeps you cool too. No more hot pillows! We love them.

This is NOT the same pillow that I slept on at the Marriott nor the one I ordered in 2019, the pillow that I received did not have the Eco Smart tag on it and it felt like a $10 pillow from Walmart, hard and nothing inside the pillow moved, it is Not lofty in any form. Buyers Warned!!!

My friend n I spent the night in a Marriott in Oct, I have had 2 cervical spine surgeries and my neck is so sensitive, I have tried way too many pillows, I change them every 2 nights, we stayed at a Marriott hotel and I woke up with no neck pain, I immediately looked for the tag and I looked up this pillow and bought 2 immediately and I have not regretted it, so thankful I get support and its soft enough to be comfortable and it has not lost its shape, worth the money

I was so excited to buy these! I always sleep So well in a hotel. They are fine but not as squishy as the ones in the hotel. I’m hoping with more use they will improve. They were expensive so I’m hoping they will.

These pillows are definitely not the pillows I used at the Marriott. They are made well however the pillows are firm. There was no comfort using the pillows. Unfortunately, I cannot return them because my husband cut the tags off. They do look nice on the bed just not great for sleeping.

As with many other reviews, I stayed at a Marriott in Montreal and experienced this pillow for the first time. Wow. The volume of the pillow is supportive but forgiving enough for shoulders and weight of your head. I am a bit if a pillow snob and go through pillows quite often. My pillows arrived today. With the very first squeeze and my head relaxing on the pillow, I know this is going to be a great sleeping relationship. 😴

I have them just about 3-4 days now and if I did not already sleep on them I would have returned them. These pillows are NOT THE SAME as in the hotels. There is very little support, they appear to be smaller than I expected and they are definitely not plumped up and not plush as they describe, they tend to be low and go flat very fast. I'm disappointed that a brand like the Marriott would use their name to short change their customers. I was also thinking of getting other items for the bed from Marriott but now I definitely wont!!! I would love to have my FULL MONEY back! ....I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE PILLOWS !!!
