How much should a 100 pound woman take?

I take 3 capsules daily for 1500 mg total (and may go to 4 a day depending on my results) because the positive results in PubMed came on AVERAGE at about 1,500 mg a day. I don't know if they listed weights.

Is this brand the best?

I wrote a very positive review on this product earlier and still feel the same way today.  I did extensive research on Berberine products and have also tried a few other brands.  This brand is incredibly pure with no additives.  I had a couple basic questions through the Toniq customer service department and they got back to me immediately.  While nutritional supplements can't make medical claims, I'm taking a therapeutic dosage as part of my broader regimen to help maintain healthy blood sugar and cholesterol but I am not diabetic. You would need to do your own research for your circumstances.  I find the product easy to tolerate and my auto-delivery from Amazon has been reliable.  Wishing you wellness!

What does this product do?

It has helped lowered by blood sugar and my HA1C went from 5.74 to 5.4 and I’ve been taking 1 capsule 3x a day for 3 weeks now. I don’t have much of an appetite so I drink 1 bottle of Glucerna 3 x a day also. Seems to have a lot of fiber. I didn’t want to start taking Metformin so I researched for an alternative and found Berberine.

I normally take 2 600mg capsules of berberine hcl each day.  how does the toniq berberine dosing compare to that?  do i still take two or one or more

The most common and most effective dosage we've seen with our customers appears to be 1500 mg, given in three divided doses with meals throughout the day. You should also have no issues taking 2 a day as you did previously.
