This shower head was a great improvement over its predecessor. Easy to install, and with plenty of spray settings. But please don't make the mistake I did: On my first use I tested the big button on the back of the shower head, thinking it might be an off-switch (you know, for soaping-up time). It's a jet for cleaning down your shower stall, and it is quite powerful -- sprayed water all over the bathroom. Oops.

Bought a different Delta when we bought the house. Thought it was supoib. It was ok, but the way it was designed, it made the shower head too low, so you had to aim further out and it just wasn't great and it felt way too expensive for itself and overall, I think I hate it. Anyways, I went about looking for a showerhead like this and I found this and I like it. The only thing that isn't exactly what I want is that because of how the pipe angles down and then this angles down, it's good, but not perfect and it's the best I'm going to do and for the price, I'm just going to complain that much. Has good power on the various settings and has enough settings for what I would hope is most people. Come on people, you don't need 18 different spray types. It's got, 5, something like that. I don't know. All the settings do the thing. Easy to install. The only warning I will give for that is don't use pliers when installing this kind of stuff. It's plastic. If you have a spare belt around, wrap it around a few times and turn it that way to tighten it. Use some teflon tape. You can install it, I believe in you. Hose is a solid length. Probably almost the perfect length. Now for what I think sells this bad boy. Set this thing on the lowest spray setting. It's the "off" spray level. There's a button on the back of the showerhead. You now have a great fan spray of water coming out the top of the shower head. I didn't even know I would want this, but I think it's just a great addition for a shower head.

Great. So much better than the water pik shower head I had previously. Great pressure, easy to install. Would definitely repurchase. Has vastly improved my shower!

Nothing seems to be made of actual metal anymore unless maybe you pay a large premium- but this is easy to install, lightweight, has adjustable water flows, and can spray down the walls or dirty objects for the button function and I appreciate all that. It has satisfying clicks for each setting but can also be positioned between settings for a little customization. The instructions said to use washers between and I looked for them in the box to no avail, but I think they were already placed in the places they needed to be because there was black plastic in there. Do I think this is super luxury or will last decades? You know the answer to that. Do I think it's a good value for modern times and hard water usage in a high traffic bathroom? Yes I do. Oh! One note- if your shower head is kinda low- this raises the height of the spray pretty significantly. Probably increased the height by 8 inches or so. My shower head height was fine to start, but a quite tall person could use my shower now. It is also on a moveable positioning point.

This little gem is perfect. As easy to install as advertised (don't forget the plumbers/teflon tape) and voila, it also works great. The shower sprayer is an absolute bonus. If you're still trying to decide between options, don't sleep on this one.

Very happy with this shower head. Works great and looks nice. My husband took out the rubber O ring as others suggested and the water pressure is prefect.

Never thought I'd be writing a review about a shower head, but this is the best one I've ever had. The hose connection from the supply to the shower head is nice and flexible and doesn't have "memory" and doesn't bind at all. The shower head itself has the a nice variety of sprays. I literally didn't know a shower head could be this good LOL!

This is the second Delta handheld shower head I have purchased (both the same model) The first I purchased from Lowes last year when I finally went to install it I opened the box to see that it was used... there were visible finger prints, none of the parts were wrapped up it was all just shoved in a box and taped up... it had buildup on the shower head and remnants of plumbers tape left over. I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle of going back to Lowes (45 min drive) and returning it since it had been past the return window so I gave it a good clean and installed it (this was the brushed silver color) I liked the shower head and it had great functionality especially the weighted hose made of metal and the water pressure feature. I figured it was Lowe's fault for selling me a returned and used item. I moved to an apartment with black finishes and decided to purchase this same shower head again in the black color this time. This time it arrived with NO washers, and the hose is made of thin stiff plastic that looks and feels extremely cheap - it awkwardly hangs from the shower head and you cannot bend it straight (the photo is after 2 months having it installed, it looks nowhere near as bad as it did when I first installed it), even with time it has not straightened out as there is no weight to it. I see other reviews stating the same issue. Not to mention it was missing pieces. I am very disappointed with Delta as I paid a decent amount of money for this item (TWICE) to be disappointed both times. I'm not sure why the same model being sold at Lowes comes with an actual metal hose and from Amazon it is plastic, or if it's due to the color, either way a total waste of money because I will have to now go out of my way to get washers and a new hose separately. I would return this if I still had the option but it was my own fault for procrastinating on this project and now am out of the return window. Please spend your money on something else - literally any other handheld shower head and do not waste your money on this cheap garbage that clearly does not go through any sort of quality control before being sold to customers. I will not be purchasing anything from Delta again.

Overall, it’s easy to install, delivers strong performance, and gives you useful options without being overcomplicated. A solid buy if you want a practical, no-fuss upgrade to your shower.

I had bought another "high pressure" showerhead from Amazon to replace my broken one, which is with tens of thousands of race reviews. That other one turned out to be leaking from the connector. The biggest issue is that it puts out too much pressure that all my floor is wet especially with the kids. Also when I found the actual water output was way more than marketed. I did tons of research and ended up taking a chance on this one. This one puts out very good pressure but not excessive. It actually works very well, with different settings and even one for cleaning. The water output of 1.75 GPM matches the description. No misleading label. Yay! The output actually feels very strong and we enjoy our showers a lot!

This shower head is much bigger than the usual size I’m used to. I normally buy Moen, and they were great, but after accidentally breaking the plastic fixture, I decided to replace the whole shower head. I’m really glad I chose this Delta one — it has metal parts everywhere, so there’s no worrying about anything snapping or breaking. Installation was super easy, and the overall quality feels very high. It looks and feels premium. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the larger head size, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, a great upgrade!

Very impressed, seemed to make my pressure better (likely from old one being clogged) just didn’t like it used a plastic adapter

Literally the best thing for washing any household items - I use it for washing nasty salty shoe tray & car matts in the winter, window mesh, etc. It doesn't look too fancy, but works well for its price.
