Defective Battery
The battery is defective the watch loses 2 hours of time (runs slow) every day so I have to reset the time. It is useless withn a broken battery!!

Exact image i wanted, no we can't do that message. Great quality image, watch and band. Comes with a battery just had to set the tine and press the button in. Overall happy with product, speed it got done and delivered. No extra costs. :)

When customizing anything, the buyer is usually taking a chance because sometimes the picture does not turn out clear or an abbreviation is added to a word. Both have happened to me with a few customized orders. Not this time! I was excited to see what the watch turned out to look like with the smiling picture of my favorite person. Excellent!
