My favorite Vitamine D+K supplement. Love that it has D plus K. It’s a small pill so it is easy to swallow. It is a good dose amount according to my doctor. No bad taste or smell. I haven’t noticed any help with har growth but I have noticed it helps improve my mood as someone who lives in the ever cloudy PNW.
