What a great little piece of kit! Used it this morning first time and got a good sweat on at full temperature for 30 minutes as recommended(3times a week max) it is a little snug so don't think it would suit a very tall person...I'm 5ft 3 size 14 for reference...as the chair is quite small and does fill the pod as well as myself filling it 🙈 but no complaints as to the heat or sweat it gave..just the job to detox all the Christmas booze and toxins from your body 🥵🥴 dpubled sided zip down the front and 2 for the hands if you need to access the controls or go on your phone/remote for tv etc..great buy 😀

Really happy with my purchase. Does what says on the box. It would be nice bonus if it was even hotter, but after 30 minutes I’m drenched in sweat. So far really enjoying it.
