This is the first Lucia book I bought and it is a blueprint of her work.I recommend anything buy Lucia, I admit that they are all similar but her message is clear and simple, good and honest. It has helped me to understand that I am multi faceted. I have understood how to deal with those negative critical voices and how to own my vulnerability (something I have find very hard to do)If you are dealing with major issues (addication/codependancy) join a 12 step recovery programme and buy this book and follow the excercises. I followed Lucia's advice and am feelling 100% better about my place in the world.
