Above the knee maybe a little shorter than that

This suit runs true to size. If she is a size 7/8 i would not go with the 10 it will Be too big around the waist /my daughter has a bit of a belly and the skirt is a tad too big for her but she is wearing size 10 in some dresses but will Likely will fill it out come summer
