Why isn't Apple Cider Vinegar on this product's ingredient list?

It's the acetic acid in the ingredient list. It's derived from ACV (or just vinegar IDK) it doesn't smell as bad or pungent but works in the same way. It's the same thing. I've used other "vinegar" house cleaning products that use acetic acid, they work the exact same as vinegar and smell better!

Does this stripe hair color like head and shoulders does?
