Hace tres días que lo estoy tomando en mi café de las mañanas y de verdad que se nota, tengo más energía y mucha menos hambre. Es un aceite sin sabor ninguno así que es de buen tomar. He visto que hay reseñas de gente que lo dolía el estómago, yo le hecho una cucharada por las mañanas y no he notado molestias ninguna, cuando se acabe volveré a repetir.Lo recomiendo 👌
