Q: Do these shirts run large or small my chest is a 39 but I don't want the length to be long ?

I found them to be extra-long in the body and fairly tight. Good sleeve length, but kinda skinny. I probably would have kept them except for the fabric not being cotton! It was poly cotton that felt like all polyester. Very thin and clingy. Sent them back.

Q: Why can't I select big and tall in short sleeve?

It could very well be this seller does not offer Big and Tall.

Q: What is the length of the xl and xxl ?

I don’t know but the shirts run extremely small.
