The media could not be loaded.  Firstly the setup - simple as any camera we have set up before. It obviously doesn't support wifi which we are not fuissed about any more. After trying a few different options we have decided the wifi option just runs the batteries out fast and makes it more complex. In our little garden, it is simple to just bring the camera in whenever we want to see what gems it is holding.There is a fixed Lithium battery which is charged by the little solar panel, the weather has been great this week and the battery has stayed well charged. We have also added rechargeable batteries to it as well but it doesnt look like it has got close to using them yet.Picture quality is considerably clearer than previous cameras, and really wide nighttime coverage whereas before we have had a narrow strip of night vision. See my video a quick compliation over the last few days.Very impressed with this little camera and its solar panel an absolute bargain at less than half of what we paid for other cameras last year - win win!

Great for capturing the little critters in my garden, picture and video quality is really good and the fact that it's solar powered is a bonus given the price of batteries. It comes with various devices to fasten to trees etc. I haven't tried these as I found that a piece of wire threaded through the holes at the back work ok, I then attach it to a broom handle so I can move it around to a different locations easily. I wish there was a groove in the lower back of the case though, as the camera tends to slide sideways when it's windy.The case is sturdy and the clasp fastening is really tight, so I'm hoping it remains watertight.As usual with items manufactured in China, the instruction manual isn't very clear though, something gets lost in the translation so it took time to work out how to review photos without removing the SD card (not included sadly). It's also not clear that 4 batteries are needed for back up. The camera can be charged up using the USB lead, and then I assume the solar charge will take over, time will tell.

The well packed parcel from Amazon arrived the next day. Upon opening it was obvious that the camera was well engineered and designed.I fitted a very good quality SD card and charged it up and situated on an apple tree , carefully positioned so as the lens was not sun pointing, about 50 metres from my bungalow I waited with anticipation.As it was quite sunny the internal battery began to charge and a few test pictures taken of me walking at varying speeds towards and away from it. The camera recorded a good, clear picture with what seemed only a short recording delay.Today, examined the night shots, although it was a very wet, raining night only managed to capture the odd moggy on hunting exercise. The picture was remarkably good for such a rotten night.My early impressions of this camera are very good and certainly worth the money, compared with other trail cameras.Because of the above and the very easy set-up procedure would not hesitate to recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  What a nifty little gadget. I’ve always wanted one but never came acroos one with a solar battery. I didn’t want to keep burning through single use AA batteries. This is great!Video quality is fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of settings and options. You do need to pop in a memory card, but other than that it’s pretty much already setup. It worked for me out of the box, without charging first (fantastic if you want to set it up on a rainy day). Came nicely packaged and had all instructions with it.I set it up in my garden hoping to finally capture some hedgehog visitors. Will upload a video as soon as they return!

The media could not be loaded.  I got this camera to replace a different model my sister-in-law gave me, which was good but the hinges broke making it unusable (access to the memory card is inside most of these cameras). This one is better built and has the added advantage of solar power, which works well. I've been running it daily for about a week and have not had to recharge it, even on cold nights. The camera works particularly well at night (see the sample video) and is sharp, better than my old camera. Daytime shots are very good too but can be a little contrasty in very sunny light. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

Very pleased with the item.Charges up easy.Easy to use. Videos great when sd card put in computer to view.Customer service really good if needed.

This is a very good camera. I like the solar powered function very much. Decent price too!
