I love this hernia belt I had bought 3xl but was to big then try to eyeball it and got xl but was a inch smaller so ended up getting xxl and it’s perfect.. it support your abdominal very good.. also your back . it’s worth the money .. it’s very comfortable im not a person that like to wear belts but with this one I can last a long time time with it .. it does have a strong smell to it when you get it, but it will go away..

Laparoscopic VSG surgery can leave you with one specific inscisional area that is still tender a few days later. This comes with a little pad on the inside that is removable but INCREDIBLY helpful for that one area. I placed it in the right spot and I'm using this daily now in my recovery process. It's helped tremendously and I'm not as afraid to sneeze, laugh, go for a walk. I no longer need to hold that side, this support binder does it all for me. Also a huge fan of the side supports. They are what provides that light pressure you need. (I got another white one first, but bought this after and I wish I used it first)

Seems like good quality material the velcro hold is strong I got this for my goddaughter today is her first day wearing it, I'll find out when she comes in from work how well it worked for her, it had nice stretch to it when I put it on her this afternoon, it seemed to fit well. I hope this works for her. I'll do a follow-up review.
