Excellent quality ghee, very happy with the flavour, consistency and the fact it comes from grass-fed British cows.

Tasty ghee. Good quality and doesn't overpower my dishes. Would definitely recommend. I've had ghee from a few different brands and this one doesn't disappoint.

Great tasty butter but a little bit dear.

Good taste, basically smells like creme bru le. Being of Indian decent I grew up pretty much having ghee on a regular basis and this one is really good. It's a bit on the pricey side for the quantity and what I'm use to paying. However it's from an organic source and doesn't have any additives so sometimes you have to pay a bit extra for good quality ingredients.

Very nice ,smell good.Try it with coffee and cook potatoes on pan with ghee butter.I recommend using it!

My favourite ghee

This ghee is lovely - the texture and the taste are delicious, and it's so easy to use straight out the jar. I use it for cooking and it gives a lovely flavour to food, but subtle enough that it's not overpowering. It smells great too - sweet, almost like buttery fudge. This is my go to brand now - I use it daily in all my cooking. I've recently tried to eat a more primal/paleo diet to limit milk proteins and lactose and although this is dairy, ghee is lactose and casein free. I believe it's also supposed to be anti-inflammatory due to the fatty acids in it, so it's a great healthy fat to cook with. This brand is quite pricey, but well worth it for the quality, plus it's organic. It came bubble wrapped from Amazon and arrived in perfect condition.
