Great looking toaster, very retro. And toasts beautifully evenly on both sides. Recommend

I have really loved this toaster. It is lovely looking, browns toast evenly, has wide slots, and I love the retro style. It has had lots of compliments from visitors and family members.

Beautiful design but doesn’t last long. This is the second time I buy it as I have the kettle from same brand but the toaster stops working after a year or less, which is really frustrating.

Colour quality design size good toaster value for money

It’s pricey for a toaster but I loved the look of it. Still do. Works well. There is a function to toast frozen stuff as well. Perfect since I freeze my bagels. Slots are wide and has that spring mechanism thing that holds your bread in the centre so it toasts evenly irregardless of width of bread.

Great two slice toaster

This toaster goes well in a sixty's style kitchen. But I am not to impressed with its performance. As other people have said it only takes small size slices about 13cm X 10.5cm maximum. Also it is a bit underpowered and takes a longer time than other toasters I have used, and maybe drying out the bread. I use it to toast frozen bread and although the toasting is even, I find one side of the toast is under cooked compared with the other. Make sure you run it a couple of times without bread as it say's, as it gives of a burning smell the first couple of times. I miss the ability to lift the slices without turning off, as on my last toaster, as it takes a longer time you are not sure if it is going to over cook or not.

Love the style of this toaster, great colour too, nice and compact and toasts evenly. May be a bit pricey compared to other brands, but was prepared to pay the extra for the style
