I contacted DIY Chemicals about an issue with my order, and they gave me absolutely no trouble whatsoever. Despite the issue, DIY Chemicals immediately fixed everything and reshipped my order without any hassle. A lot of companies would have fought me on something like this, but not DIY Chemicals. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and they definitely deserve recognition for how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. I’ve already done the research on companies that provide both high-quality chemicals and excellent customer service, and these guys are it.

Arrived in 4 quarts which is fine. Used one quart and the product is great. I stored the remaining three quarts in a dark cool and dry place unopened. When I needed to use some, the unopened bottles had somehow evaporated down to less than half of quart... Unopened. Is this normal? How can it evaporate out of a sealed container? I think this should be stored in glass containers. But I am not sure. All I know is the product evaporated.
