I love this jug, but after about a year, a tiny cheap plastic tab on the spout lid release broke, making it now impossible to lock the lid closed. With High Sierra not backing this product because it’s a branded item, the manufacturer not responding to support requests, and no replacement lid available this jug is now junk. What a shame that such a vital piece is made out of cheap brittle plastic. That design flaw ruins an otherwise great jug.

Purchased this water bottle for my boyfriend who is a police officer. Keeps his water ice cold. He likes the ease of the lock top, grips on the side and anti slide bottom and the hook stays securely in place even when he’s hauling a$$ on a razor. Highly recommend this product!

We needed a larger water bottle for our son’s football practice, and this did the job. Very durable, keeps ice frozen for hours, and holds enough water to last through long and hot football practices!

I love this water jug, it holds 64 oz, it's easy to carry. The only issue is with the snap open latch. About half the time the latch release fails to work. You can still open it, it's just more work. That being said it's a great value for $20.00. My gym charges forty for one that's not as nice. I highly recommend in spite of the issues with the latch.

I have been using this bottle everyday for over a month and it has been working great. I bring it to work and it replaced the Igloo bottle I was using. That one had a spout that I didn’t like touching with my dirty hands. That’s why I got this one with the flip up latch and like it. The latch release has a lock you can push down so it doesn’t open accidentally in the car. The only concern I have is if the spring in the latch fails but it seems pretty good.

I hate to give this one star because it was great up until it broke (so easily), but once it's broken it's useless, so there's really no in between. Less than a year after owning (and rather minimal usage), I dropped the lid from the countertop onto vinyl flooring and the lid cover broke as shown.I think this is a design flaw because the only way to completely tighten the lid and get leverage is to apply clockwise pressure to that cap portion, so I was always having to be careful not to stress that piece too much. It may have helped to weaken the plastic there though. Went back to find a good number of other reviewers experienced the same issue after some time.Amazon support gave me the seller's contact info (a website). They reached out to tell me it was made under license by another brand and gave me their email, who I reached out to but did not hear back. So I have purchased some other style bottles to find a suitable replacement.

I was surprised when the instructions didn't mention the need to lift the tab above the push button to release the drink spout on the twist-on cap. Although it does not keep ice for 24 hours it is perfect for my daily water intake.

The media could not be loaded. I really liked this for alot of reasons. I like that it's 64oz, that it has a handle, that there aren't drinking reminders or numbers on it (I don't need that or want that). But after leaving it in my car for three days and then going to wash it there are these black spots on the rubber drinking part that won't come out. I've tried dish soap, vinegar even bleach. So I don't feel comfortable drinking out of it with that on it. So now I have to use it without it and either hope I don't dump it all over me or pour it out into a cup. I don't recommend rubber or whatever material this is for this product. I would prefer just a plain hard plastic that I can wash properly. The other annoying thing is sometimes the locking mechanism sticks and I can't open it to get to the water especially if my hands are sweaty after working out etc. If they can fix these issues it would be a great product. Also I wouldn't recommend this for someone who has arthritis in their hands, my mother wanted to get water from it and couldn't unlock it, it's not that she's too old or weak it's just arthritis in your hands your grip and strength is compromised.
