Does this come with double sided tape or screws?

Yes, but the the one you're getting is the black one (not the white one on the car) (they are 2 different spoilers) You'll have to get it painted ($100+) I used "3M 03614 Scotch-Mount 1/2 x 15' Molding Tape" to install a different (already painted) spoiler

Do I need to drill it into the trunk?

You don't "need to", you can. I installed using only tape (3M 03614 Scotch-Mount 1/2 x 15' Molding Tape)

Is this carbon fiber ?

I believe that it is. I was able to find a body shop that painted it the exact same as the body of my car. Couldn't look better.
