These gloves are nice, thick leather lined with fabric and long enough to keep your forearms from getting burned. Unlike many gloves I have bought, both gloves are the same thickness so you won't be as likely to wear one out while the other looks like new. They are bright red so my cousin says it will be hard for me to lose them. Very nice for loading my wood stove without burning my arms.

We use these when rearranging logs in the fireplace or adding new ones, they definitely block out the heat, super good quality, you will not be sorry with this purchase. I have small hands and my husband has large hands, but we are both able to use these gloves with ease for the purpose of fireplace log arrangement.

The material feels high quality, the fit is good, and they are very heat resistant. I use them for BBQ, but they're thick enough that I imagine that they would be good welders gloves too.

Nice gloves but too big for a woman

They look cool, fits ok. I just wasn’t happy with the heat resistance.Oven: these gloves protect good for the heat in the oven but not so good for actually grabbing what’s it the oven. The heat penetrates the gloves after a few seconds - SO WORK FAST.Grilling: Going to try them out and update the review later.I’m giving it two stars because I didn’t like that I can’t grab and hold (to transfer from oven to counter for example) comfortably. I literally have to grab and go, and in a hurry because within a second or two the heat penetrates.. it all depends on the weight of the item as well. Something light, no problem - cookies, cupcakes and so on. Something heavy, get it out fast - turkey, roast and so on.. I like these gloves, but I can’t rate high on liking them. I’m rating it on heat resistance alone.

Purchased for our camping trip and so far they are holding up great and working great! My husband uses them to move and pick up hot cast iron pans and moving occasional burning longs.

I bought these gloves to have around the fire with the intent to be able to move and place the wood where I wanted it. They worked for two nights. After the second night I noticed they had holes burnt through the fingers. I would also recommend the forearm part be extended as I burnt my forearm placing a piece of wood

I wish I had bought these the first time I bought gloves. Durable! I stick weld and burn the crap out of these but they keep my hands cool!
