The flower jar comes in a regular brown protective packaging so that there is no damage to the item during transit. The jar itself is quite bright and looks absolutely beautiful. It isn't as big as it appears to be in the listing but just the perfect size. It comes with a lid so might want to use it as a decorative jar with lid or as a flower vase without the lid. The design on the jar is really good. I personally feel that the price is reasonable for this item.Couple of issues - Inside packaging is not so good as when you try to open the vase your house is filled with thermocol balls which adds to your chores. Also, the packaging is not so good if you intend to give it as a gift to family or friends. Another issue is the golden polish finishing. The polish has come off from certain places.Overall, I do love the jar as it is perfect to keep fresh flowers in. Now my room looks quite bright and colourful.Hope you find this review helpful.

Lovely, smaller than I thought but really pleased

When this jar arrived, there was thick white foam tape stuck around the edge of the jar lid. This made it almost impossible to get the lid on. When I tried to remove it, it came away in pieces leaving large areas of it still attached to the lid. It looked a terrible mess. It looked like draft excluder tape. I have no idea what the idea was behind it, but it went straight back.
