Been using this for a couple of weeks now and will confirm this legit works for controlling your appetite and helping to fuel your fasted works. I been doing IF on and off for the last year and finally made the committment to stick with it. Main reason I fell off the wagon was lower energy during my workout and late morning food cravings. I stumbled across this product here on Amazon and gave it a try. This is by far one of the best supplements I have used. The effects are subtle. Initially you won't feel anything - no energy surge followed by a crash. It will seem like a normal day of fasting until you get to lunch time and not feel hungry. I tend to work out early afternoon right before my feeding window and this supplement gives me much more energy and stregth. It's not like a preworkout supplement that will give you gitters and make ornery (at least me). Again, the effects of this supplement are subtle but you can feel the diffference in the amount of weight you lift and the lenght of time you do cardio. I did an experiment on me - n = 3 days on the supplement and off and felt a huge difference in working out on the days I took the pills. There are no bad side effects with these either. Works perfect as an appetite suppressant and fasted workout booster.

I’m one of those “crazy” 5am workout kind of humans (and yes, it’s the good type of crazy). I enjoy absolutely crushing a workout before heading into work. There’s nothing like a dose of serotonin and dopamine to start your day. Especially if your job is pretty stressful. Incorporating Lift into my morning routine has increasingly made a difference. I’m very in tune with my body, and the ingredients that go into it. Its near impossible to find a wholesome pre workout that contains zero additives/synthetic ingredients now a days. It’s upsetting to be honest. As you can assume, I was EXTREMELY stoked when I discovered Lift. The perfect blend of energy and focus. No suspicious chemicals or ingredients you can’t pronounce. No jittery feeling. This product contains wholesome, pure ingredients that are stimulant free. Honestly what more could you want? This is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I’ve been taking Lift for a couple of weeks and really notice the difference in my focus and energy. It helps me stay sharp and productive without feeling jittery. The capsules are easy to take, and I like the mix of creatine, lion’s mane, and caffeine. Great product!

I don't normally do reviews but I felt it was important to do this one because I purchased these based off of seeing so many great reviews about the product! I am the one who looks at many products and reads lots of reviews before I purchase. I REALLY was hoping this was going to give me some kind of energy.. but did absolutely NOTHING. I took every day for a week.. maybe got a slight a headache.. that was it! Not sure how so many other people had success with this, but I did not 😔

Today I had a project to accomplish and decided to try the Lift I had ordered before starting it. What I’ve just now realized a few hours later is what a subtle but great effect the Lift had. I’ve been busy working and just realized 4 hours had passed. Then I realized I’d taken Lift to start with and was amazed at the stick to it ness I felt. This has a very subtle effect, or had that for me today, but when I was getting tired of my project I just felt, keep going, you can finish. And I have finished and Lift was behind my motivation. I didn’t get a caffeine like jolt from taking it like you can with caffeine. Just this subtle drive that kept me motivated and working.. I love this stuff. I’ve taken it before but wasn’t quite aware enough to notice its profound effect on my productivity or motivation. But today I was aware of it and for me this is the best motivation supplement I’ve taken. And I realize others may have a different experience. In addition to it’s effectiveness the packaging (jar) is very nice looking, and the product itself is outstanding. And as soon as I submit this I am ordering another jar. I’ve taken several different mild nootropics over the years and when I went back to college my friend and I used to go to Tijuana years ago for Piracetam , which was freely sold there then, but not here, and of course now is here. And I haven’t really taken anything stronger than that, (I don’t really do drugs), but I love these brain boosters when I’m trying to accomplish something, and this today has been the best for me for motivation. And since I’ve gotten older, motivation is my struggle, and now I think I’ve just found my new best friend. Don’t be afraid to give this a try. It’s subtle but effective.

I have been using this product for 3 weeks and I have not noticed any difference at all. However, I have not had any of the symptoms that the low reviews have been complaining about and this is why it is being rated 3 stars. I have been searching for the product that works best for me. Our diets, health conditions, and physical well-being can have an impact on how well these products work for you. I have tried Alpha Brain and it does work, it's spendy but works. However, I was feeling extremely edgy with some abdominal pain (with alpha brain) so I cut the dose in half but continued feeling edgy. I would suggest eating before you use it as it will take some of the edge off of the edginess. I was now balancing the benefits of alpha brain with edginess. So I ventured to try other products. The one from Costco does nothing at all for me. WellPath Mind Brain Supplement works for me more than the others. I notice subtle differences and the occasional burst of energy and significant cognitive function that includes recalling, processing, and organizing thoughts quickly into verbal articulation. I was hoping to find a better product but may have to go back to this one.
