A great investment
It's hands down the best pan I have. Way better than the non-stick ones if used properly.

There is no 18/10 mark on the pan
Just received it now. And the first thing making me feel unsure is there is nothing marked anywhere that it’s really 18/10. Neither on the pan itself nor in the instruction which is actually in Chinese but I translated it and there also is not meant that this is a 18/10 steel. Will try it tomorrow to see how it cooks but a bit disappointed already.

Good quality
My first SS pan. So far so good. Nonstick when it’s hot enough. Having a hard time keeping it clean from the oil residue though.

Only 18/8 not 18/10.
Please correct the inaccurate description of 18/10 cooking pan, it’s only 18/8 stainless steel. The quality seems really good, time will tell how good is the rust resistant.

My everyday pan!
I got this pan as I am getting in to cooking different things and wanted to learn more about using stainless steel pans. So far this has been a great pan for me. I feel like it heats evenly and I’m able to get a good practice with it. I’ve had no issues cleaning it and even have used the scrub daddy clean paste to get any of the marks at the bottom made from the stove/fire. It still looks brand new and I’ve had it for a couple of months and use it often

Top quality, flawless finish
I have a few very expensive stainless skillets, Made In, All Clad, etc. My concerns about possible quality or construction were unfounded for this very inexpensive skillet. It is excellent in every way that the high priced are. If you are on a budget, buy these, if you aren't buy these as well. Why waste money?
