I have been using this product almost every day for over a year now by making it my daily choice of beverage at lunch. I did not see instant results, meaning results in less than a month. However, my last blood test taken during my annual doctor's visit has shown a significant improvement in various formerly problematic blood measurements such as Triglycerides. I have also lost some weight although I was not overweight to start with. I also have noticed I seem not to need to eat as much. Do not expect instant results but I highly recommend this product.

I'm 82, but don't look it or act it, this gives me a boost in the morning and through out the day, also a nice sleep at night. I love it, and wouldn't dream of going without it. See the key within these words is act it, If you act like an old fuddy duddy, you'll be one, not me, I dress stylish and comfortable, and its hard for the young ones to keep up to me, the tellers at the bank I do business with, tell me, when they are my age, they want to look just like me, lol

The product does not dissolve fully in water as shown in video. It sticks to glass/cup and spoon which means about 25% is not making it into the body, it’s going down the drain. I reached out to Gundry support to ask about this. They said “we recommend letting the product sit in the water for 2-3 minutes to dissolve.” If this is the recommendation why it is not on the package?! I tried that and tried using a tablespoon of hot water, and still does not fully dissolve. Aside from product waste, I’m not seeing benefits in energy, mind clarity, or any gut health, as asserted would be the case in marketing materials. Waste of money for me. I missed the return date by a few days with Amazon as I wanted to give it a full 30-40 days, so my $$ is lost.

I'm not completely sold on the results although I seem to be seeing some improvement with my weight and eating less during the day. I will continue to use it on a trial basis. I have also found that it tends to clump and not dissolve well in water and also though better with hot water I don't like it that way. My solution is to mix it with some kefir (Yogurt would work too) and although still a tad grainy it's pretty delicious and mixes up well. Plus, it makes me drink something healthy.

Taste great

The flavor is not bad however it does not dissolve completely so sometimes you get chunks of the powder which I don’t like. I have not seen any results drinking this. I will not buy again.

Good stuff

At first I wasn’t over joyed with flavor tried another product then came back to this compared to competitors its flavor was superior . Don’t know in product is working gone through two bottle no change in weight if anything I'm a few pounds heavier
