Helped me sleep better at night
I don't really like pill supplements, which are usually packed with lots of fillers. This is a wonderful product that helped me sleep better at night. I tried a different powdered magnesium, but so far this one gives me the best results. It also tastes pretty good and is easy to mix with water.

Funny aftertaste for me
I love this product for doing the job of a good magnesium supplement but this passionfruit one has an aftertaste a bit like celery to my palate - prefer the lemon flavour.

It seems to work...
I was recommended this as my job is physically demanding and I was having trouble sleeping so wasn't healing when injured. It doesn't stop me from being woken up but I don't wake up as fully so find it easier to go back to sleep. I was feeling really drained and after a week of taking it I feel less achy and more alert. I think this is the best I can expect from any supplement.
