I really liked the quality of the product. For some reason I choose this instead of mi product and I’m glad that I made right choice. The only thing it lacks is remote monitoring from any geo location. I think for this price range it’s difficult to get that feature.

This is the last Transcend product I will ever buy.Product is average. But the support & attitude of the company if something goes wrong is pathetic.The videos got corrupted & I asked for support to retrieve some important videos. I was even willing to pay.The customer support threw a several hundred pages of warranty documents at me and basically asked me to "take a walk" because they're not responsible. They basically sell you the product and expect you to f&^% yourself if the product does not work.

Its features are good but it hangs at times and remains on indefinitely even after power disconnection. At that time it heats up to a point that you may start feeling that it may explodeor catch fire any time. The heating is very prominent near the power adaptor pin connection. Because of the heating it also corrupts the sd card and needs frequent reformatting.

Pretty much easy to use straight out of the box, plug it to the lighter port / charging port of the car with the connecting accessories provided and mount the camera on to front windshield using the sucktion mount and you are all set. Download the one pro app and connect using wifi and with live view option check that your camera is aligned properly.Packing and delivery was instact, no complaints, thank you!Overall the product has been used for close to 700 kms journey, please note it records 3 minutes clip every 3 minutes and overwrites the oldest the video. Hence if there is important recording make sure to download it before it gets deleted.

I am using Garmin in my other car but this product is also good

The dashcam is fine the suction cup on the mount is too bad, I have been struggling for last one year, it just don't stick to the windshield. I tried to tape it but no luck. Looks like the reputed company like transcend never tested the dashcam mount. I have dash cam in my other car from an Indian brand and the tape they had given never fall off. If I knew about the suction cup mount I would have not purchased the dashcam.

New problem faced from almost a month now. It keeps hanging. Just freezes and then no way to start it. Carrying a sim ejecter for ever now in my car to keep rebooting it. That day Traffic police stopped me and said you jumped red light. I was confident and told them I can show you in my cam recoding that I did't. What a shameful event for me as it was found frozen at that important moment of my life. Whole purpose of purchase is lost. DONT BUY!!!

it is good dashcam but overpriced. you can easily get some cheaper options than this

Hace unos meses que me la compré y de momento todo perfecto. Es la segunda dash cam de Transcend que tengo, y espero que me dure como la anterior, por cierto la anterior funciona perfectamente. Suelen sacar varias actualizaciones del software de la cámara, para mejorar su funcionamiento. Una cosa a mejorar sería el agarre por ventosa que se coloca en la luna delantera del coche, en días de mucho sol y calor, suele despegarse con facilidad y otra cosa a mejorar sería pulir un poco más el software o firmware del dispositivo.

The best dual dashcam out there. It has a clear vibrant image. For some reason the aftermarket dual USB 12v sockets cannot handle traditional daisy chain dual/triple dashcams and some single units (viofo, redtiger, vantrue, vava). They can however handle this built in dual dashcam. This is only dashcam #2 (out of a dozen) that has reliably worked with that dual usb socket. This is a reliable unit. It has worked through the 0F and 120F Oklahoma heat. One small drawback: the format sd process has to be done 2x every time a format is done.

Installed this in my father-in-law’s car. He likes it because it requires little to no manual interaction to operate.This is the fourth I have bought and installed. I have used footage in a non-fault insurance claim. Would recommend.

DP200からの買い替えですが、進化の度合いが素晴らしい。基本前方録画です、室内側は本当にオマケ程度だと思います。後方録画の代わりにはならない。wifiに繋げた時のレスポンスがDP200に比べかなり改善されています。1080P60fpsでの録画は1分録画で120MBほど消費します。（前方のみ、室内カメラ含まず）wifiでの転送はそこまでストレスにならない程度の時間を要しました。マイクロSDカードは最初から付属しているのですぐに使えます。取り付けは標準で吸盤式ですが、かなりコンパクトになっており視界の妨げは安心できそうです。自分はDP200で取り付けた両面テープ貼り付け型をそのまま使いましたが、吸盤もアリだと思います。個人的に不評な点は、シガーアダプターがDP200に比べサイズアップしており少し邪魔に感じます。3連ソケットなどを使うと他のソケットに干渉します。前後を同時でなく別カメラにしていたり前方のみで十分な方にはお勧めできます。DP200は2014年購入から7年持ちました。車内という環境を考慮すれば十分かと。トランセンド製は信頼できると思います。
