Pathetic Service and Brand
This is the worst brand you will order. It starts acting up within 3 months where it starts of by making a lot of noise and eventually stop working. And when you call customer service they will say an engineer will call you in 4 hours but nobody calls you. And then again when you call them they would say engineer would visit in 3 days which never happens and now you are stuck with this crap fan which doesn’t work. I would suggest please don’t buy any luminous products you will end up having a very bad experience. There are many other brands with good service and quality in the market please go with them.
