Can i take have a capsule? some people say that it is too strong.

That would be one solution. I would add a word of caution that one of the main ingredients in the nutritional supplement is Garlic. Some people love garlic, and some people dislike the taste/smell.

Are you guys the same as nutrigrove? I noticed the ingredients and doses are exactly the same.

The PurePremium brand is not the same as Nutrigrove. Their are several companies who have attempted to copy the formula. However, none of these copycats has been able to duplicate our quality or impact in our customers lives.

Can I return this if I don't like it?
