I'm a Rn, night shift, I vape all day & I'm not a good day sleeper. Years of this has caused my bp to average around 160/100. My Dr has prescribed Amlodipine but I just didn't want to start on rx meds yet, so I decided to try beet root. I've been taking these for a month. I got labs done, so they checked my BP too. It was 138/90, so I told them that was wrong & to recheck it lol & the numbers were still about that much. Skeptical, the next time I went to work, I checked it myself & it was 136/84! I was amazed! My mom passed a year ago from hypertension issues & had a hard time managing the meds & side effects. I'm about to order a 2nd bottle & I'm so relieved that I found an option that's natural & actually working. Of course I'll be changing my habits too but those good numbers have given me extra motivation. Much appreciated!

Below is my original review and everything we accurate. Unfortunately, in the last 6 weeks I've seen my BP hover in the 150/100 range. Even doubling the dosage has not had any positive effects. As of today, I've gone back on my prescribed meds. This stuff did work for about 3 months until it started rising again. There has not been any weight gain and my diet is basically the same as when i started this supplement. I'm going to finish the bottle out, and probably not purchase it again. It worked for a while but not anyone. I hope y'all have better long term results. I stopped taking my prescribed BP medicine for 2 weeks before trying this. With the prescription my readings were in the low 120/70's most of the time. After seeing an initial spike up to 140/90ish, I started seeing results. I'm on my 3rd week, and i'm starting to see some good readings in the low to mid 120/80's. It varies and i test 3 to 4 times a day with my home monitor. I know 80 isn't a great number, but i was in the mid 90's for about 10 days. The only other thing i'm doing is taking super beats WMT brand to supposedly help in circulation. I'd like to see some 70's readings but i'm pretty happy so far. Maybe this is common but i always get bad readings in the morning; high 130's over low to mid 90s. After I get going and take this supplement, my readings are much lower 3 hours later. I'll continue to track my results but so far I'm very pleased. I'm not a fake review and you can tell by my history of products. I'll try and update my review in another 30 days to see if anything better or worse has changed. Update.. While my BP fluctuates, I'm routinely getting 125/80 test. I've even gotten multiple 120/70 . I continue to take it twice a day along with my beets drink and I'm very pleased.

Great product

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me and I wish that I had read some of the one star reviews. I took this product for up to one week. I did feel an irregular heart beat and an unusual sensation in my body but I continued to take it take it only once a day to see if my body would adjust and it did not. I am also taking amlodipine but I took this supplement many hours apart or after. It is not for me.

My product arrived on time. Helps to lower my BP. I use it in conjunction with my BP meds.

It made no difference to my blood pressure. It also offered some reward in place of good reviews.

I have taken this for two months now twice per day and no longer on my almodipine and losartan that given me terrible side effects. Thank you.
