What good sharpener can you transport in your pocket and use on most knives!? Unfortunately, it will remove more blade than a larger stone sharpener but what do you expect with three draws of the blade!

I use a whetstone for most of my sharpening, but for some knives, (eg a crook knife) that is not possible. Once the bald is fairly sharp, just 5 pr6 swipes across this, and you have a nice edge. Works on garden shears and scissors too. Fits in you pocket nicely, and comes with a nice carry case. Very nice little tool, and cheaply priced. Quality feels goos

Very impressive sharpening capabilities, can be a little tricky to use due to size but no arguments with the end result, the best budget sharpener I have come across.

Bought to sharpen secateurs and other garden implements. Having tried it on a few things now, I can say it removes a lot of steel - a tad too much for my liking. It's almost like a pencil sharpener in that regard. This is fine on my lawnmower blades, which are pretty thick, but not on my finer secateurs. Overall it's a bit mixed, the sharpener does get dull blades sharper, but at the expense of reducing life span.

I'm a chap of a certain age. I like to keep a small pocket penknife on me for those little everyday jobs around the house and garden - slicing open Amazon delivery boxes, cutting garden twine, that sort of thing. This little gadget is an excellent penknife companion. Small, light, easy to carry in a pocket. Really quick and easy to use to keep my little blade sharp and ready to go. Not tried it on anything bigger yet but very happy so far.

Really great, why didn't I buy these years ago, I can't begin count the number of pairs of advisors and secateurs I've thrown out! Easy to use, nice little belt holder for (can't wait to show off next time I go camping)!
