I spare you the gross details. My next colonoscopy is still several months out and I wanted to put my mind at ease over some side pain that I've been having. There is confusion in the timing to wait between they they say on their two instructions sets inside, as well as the video on their YouTube page. Just measure at all those checkpoints.
