Honesty I do not like the product is a waste of money initially I was very confused witchhside to be used because soft sight does not have any coolling effect and silicon site does have coolling affect that too for 5 minutes

It's not suiting my face

Has velcro straps to keep in place. It really makes a difference to have your entire face cooled off. The soft side is very comfortable & the cold lasts a long time. I sometimes use eye gloves with it. I like that I can walk around if needed without disrupting the treatment. Great product.

This is perfect for Reducing redness and puffiness to your face

Gets very stiff in the freezer making it tough to form to your face but it is cold, so that works. Velcro straps work great.

This product fulfills its purpose.

I use it to make my face tite instead of using ice or ice water
