My turtle enjoys it!
Purchased for a baby turtle and has been working just fine. Quality is good and price was perfect compared to pet store prices. Black Matt color is aesthetically pleasing too.

My turtle loves his lamp
I still use this Dxophiex 5.5 Inch Deep Dome Lamp to this day, and it has become an essential part of my turtle’s habitat! The 1mm thick aluminum build is incredibly sturdy and provides excellent reflection for UVA and UVB output. I’m particularly impressed by the built-in dimming thermostat and PID heating mode, which keeps the temperature consistent and helps my heat bulbs last longer. The top ventilation holes are a great safety feature to prevent overheating. Reliable, safe, and truly amazing—this is a must-have for any reptile owner!

I wish I had found this light years ago. It's super sturdy and doesnr bounce around the top of the cage. The sticker for the temp on the side is great too. There's no weird smell like the one we used to have and honestly think the light is even proper brightness now too. Very professional looking. Still surprised it didn't cost more than it did with how great it works. Was able to just plug in and go.

nice, but not wide.
It's a nice lamp, i put it on a 40 gallon tank, but it doesn't light up very wide. Probably only a quarter of the tank. You would need more of these to be effective.
