I have been on this for about a month and have not changed any dietary or physical habits. I do take 5 mg of amlodipine. With that said my blood pressure has improved since starting this Garlic suppliment.

I have been using this product for about a month and a half. I have had issues with my systolic pressure for years... sometimes upwards of 175-180 mmhg. I straggled my pressure every day until the day of this review. The first recording was 145 mmhg systolic. Today, and for the last 2 weeks my systolic has been closer to what you see in the photo. The only other adjustment I’ve made is one cup of pure beetroot juice every morning.

I have been taking these capsules daily for many years. I see no side effects. My blood pressure was slightly elevated at the start and has not moved either way since. Several doctors have told me the most effective thing I can do is to lose weight, and I was successful, a little, at doing that. I am not on any medication. Having said that, I have no idea whether the course I am on has played any role in my health. I can afford it. I know of no reputable studies that show these pills have the effect that is claimed. On the other hand, one has to be a little suspicious of claims made in these reviews that "it does not work". The way trials work is that there is a certain level of success that has to be achieved before a claim can be validated. A substance that helps only 20% of the users does not cut it. That is fine, the other 80% would presumably be wasting their money. But what if you fall into the 20% that do see a positive effect? I take it because it does not have any side effects with me, my blood pressure has not increased over the years (although I do fight it with low salt intake, lots of vegetables and fruit, and some exercise) and I can afford it.
