I have to admit I have put this type of cage together once before so it was fairly easy. My only criticism of the instructions is that it doesn't show the holes in the diagram which would make things easier to line up. Although it becomes pretty obvious it you put it on wrong. Just use common sense and look ahead at what the next step is. I like this cage a lot for the money. Has a nice finish and they send extra pieces of hardware in case you lose something. It feels like it's going to be flimsy when you are assembling but the finished product is plenty sturdy. I've never had a plastic tray before but I like it already. It will be way easier to clean because of the material and the weight. I'm not using the playtop or the top tray so that also gives me an extra tray. I'm using this for my Timneh African Grey in my RV and I think the size will be perfect. I might want something a little bigger if I was still working and he was in the cage all day. But that really depends on your bird and your routine. Overall I would purchase another one. Btw it is packaged so well it's almost impossible to damage it through shipping. Tons of zip ties to prevent movement and scratches, foam on all corners and bubble wrap padding. Nicely done. Thank you!

I really like the size of this cage for my 2 Quaker Parrots. It is a lot of room for them and I am able to add a lot of toys and perches for them. It is simple and easy to set up and clean as well. My favorite is being able to change the food and water bowls inside the cage without having to open the main door. It keeps me from having to worry about them escaping or flying out. This one definitely met my expectations and I didn't think I was going to like it or order it originally because of some of the reviews and complaints left on this product. I like it a lot and so do my birds. I can not wait to buy the night time cover for it to complete the whole set.

This is our second , same cage. Our birds lower tray was metal and from him being so messy with his water, it was rusting after 8 years. Now it comes with 2 very nice thick plastic trays. He loves it as he didnt have an unfamiliar feeling moving into the new one. Very spacious.

This cage is well made, precisely fits together and looks great 👍 It was challenging to assemble, though. I should have looked through all diagrams before begining. No verbal instruction. They packed it very securely and gave extra assembly pieces as well. Now my bird will have a couple of weeks to transition to his new home.

Amazing cage ! Worth every cent!

I’ve had my partot for almost 30 years. In that time I have purchased numerous cages. This model is the BEST ONE BY FAR!!! Both the tray and the grate are removable! These two features are KEY! The images of the cage don’t do any justice to its real size. I know the dimensions are stated but it certainly is bigger than what i imagined! Also, I am a 70 yo grandmother and had no problem putting it together. There were a couple of times another hand would have been helpful, but I managed! Overall this cage is the BEST cage I have ever had! 5 stars are NOT enough!!! Plus, I was in Petsmart the other day and they had the very same cage model for $299.00!!!!!

The instructions were horrible. The food doors can be easily opened by the birds I had to use twist ties to keep my parrot from opening them and getting out.

Needs assembly not hard to do, fits the budget. Good product, perfect for cockatiel to medium sized parrots.
