Un peu déçu car je m’attendais à une poêle plus grande. Je ne peux pas faire cuire un steak car trop petite mais bonne pour un œuf.Je voulais avoir une poêle en aluminium pour pouvoir déglacer des sucs comme c’est conseillé par des chefs d’art culinaire. Je pense me procurer une plus grande.......

Just what it should be
Just what it should be for what it is. It's excellent. The handle like so many is a bit heavy so while working just onions and garlic, it wants to teeter a bit until I get something heavier in there, more so if you put on the silicone handle thing. I wish companies would lighten the handles for this. But good product.
