I love the bag. Great color and so many functional pockets. I work in IT so when I travel with my laptop the pockets and compartments make it easy to keep things organized. It is also well balanced, when it sits it stays up on its own, not always wanting to fall flat. That's a great feature to me. Comfortable when work on both shoulders, but really not made to hang one just one shoulder. Short trips from the car to the office is less than ideal. That's the only negative I've found.Overall this is a win and I have one colleague getting one now after checking mine out.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my dad who wanted a bag big enough to use for his groceries. It seems sturdy enough with some hidden pockets. He likes that it's a top open only so a deterrent for pickpockets. The pull up mechanism for the laptop sleeve is a great addition too.

I bought this backpack for a flight, and while I love the bright orange interior—great for easily spotting my gear—it’s on the smaller side. It doesn’t hold as much as I’d hoped, so packing all my essentials was a bit of a squeeze. If you’re looking for something compact with a functional interior, this could work, but it’s not ideal for those needing extra space.

I was disappointed on how crumbled up the bag was upon arrival I am going to see if it flattens itself out over time will update on progress. Other then that it fit all my stuff and I am looking forward to using it full time.
